Cecily Zöllner advises on all aspects of family and inheritance law. In addition to asserting and defending claims for maintenance or equalisation of gains, her work in family law focuses in particular on drafting prenuptial agreements as well as separation and divorce agreements. Family law matters place a particular burden on those concerned, not only emotionally but also financially. Ms Zöllner develops individual solutions for her clients which not only do justice to the emotional situation but are also economically sustainable.
One focus of Ms Zöllner's work in inheritance law lies in the area of succession planning, whether in the area of anticipated succession through lifetime gifts or through precautionary, in particular testamentary, arrangements for the event of inheritance. Particular attention is always paid to the tax implications of inheritance planning. In addition, the amicable or contentious settlement of estates and the assertion of and defence against claims to a compulsory portion are among Ms Zöllner's ongoing areas of advice.
