Clara Heinemann advises companies and individuals on tax matters as well as tax and procedural law.
Her work includes tax advice on business acquisitions, restructurings, and financings, as well as succession planning and estate planning for entrepreneurs and private individuals. Additionally, she represents clients in objection and financial court proceedings.
Clara Heinemann also provides counsel in tax criminal proceedings and defends clients in economic criminal cases, particularly in connection with voluntary disclosures of tax evasion.
- Dual studies to become a Diplom-Finanzwirtin (Diploma in Tax Administration) at the University of Applied Sciences for Public Administration and Legal Affairs (FHVR) in Herrsching/Kaufbeuren.
- Documentarian at the Federal Fiscal Court in Munich.
- Several years of experience at the Augsburg City Tax Office (including the Legal Remedies Office, handling of objection and litigation procedures), while simultaneously studying law at the University of Augsburg.
- Legal clerkship at the Memmingen Regional Court, concurrently working as a research assistant at LMUDigiTax under the supervision of Prof. Dr. h.c. Mellinghoff.
- Elective internship at an internationally active business and tax law firm.
- Research assistant at an international law firm (USA, Los Angeles/Munich), advising high-net-worth individuals in German-American inheritance cases (inheritance law and tax law).
- Since 2023, admitted as an attorney at SKW Schwarz
Clara Heinemann is a member of the German Bar Association (DAV) and the Forum of Young Lawyers.
