Claudia Kühn advises national and international clients in all areas of transportation and logistics law, including representation before state courts. Her clients mainly include transport insurers, whom she assists in all matters relating to freight contracts, liability issues, risk assessments, analysis of claims and litigation by land, air and sea.
After her studies, Claudia Kühn completed an LL.M. program at Nottingham Trent University. Her expertise in transport law and international know-how enable her to deal efficiently with cross-border challenges and provide clients with professional support.
