Helena Kasper

Helena Kasper advises national and international companies on the legally compliant design of data processing processes and business concepts. 

She provides support on all data protection issues, with a focus on the GDPR-compliant design of websites, platforms and apps as well as contractual implementation with service providers and affiliated companies. Among other things, she supported the development of the digital sales platform of a large German energy company from 2022-2024. 

Helena Kasper also specializes in the implementation of data subjects' rights, including in the context of official or judicial proceedings regarding claims for information, deletion or correction, as well as in the context of data protection incidents and cyber attacks. 

Helena Kasper is also co-head of the SKW Schwarz Innovation Lab, which specializes in the digitalization of legal services and the technical and legal implementation of AI solutions in client work. Since her time as a research assistant there, she has been working on increasing the efficiency of legal advice with the help of innovative solutions.
