Ms. Fiedler advises family entrepreneurs and wealthy private individuals on property law issues. Her advice focuses on company and asset succession (during life and upon death) as well as on issues at the interface of corporate and family law (marriage contracts, separation agreements, divorce proceedings, etc.) in a national and international context. Foundation law issues (family foundations and charitable foundations) also form a significant part of her advice. She is also happy to advise in English.
