What appeals to me is the mix of diverse legal constellations, which require vastly different approaches, and the particular situation at the hearing, which follows its very own (unwritten) rules.
Martin Himme works mainly in litigation, arbitration, and mediation for national and international clients. In addition to managing complex legal disputes regarding personal and property damage, his advisory activities include the representation of clients in product liability and insolvency law disputes. He also advises insurers and policyholders on issues arising from insurance contract law and insurance procedure law.
