Tamara Ulm advises and represents national and international companies in all areas of individual and collective employment law, including employment contract law. In addition to drafting terms and conditions of employment, her work also includes advising on the termination of employment and service relationships as well as providing employment law support for restructuring measures and corporate acquisitions. Another focus of her work is the representation of companies in labor court proceedings.
