What inspires me about intellectual property is its inherent creativity and progress. At SKW Schwarz, I can support the innovations of our diverse clientele in interdisciplinary teams.

Yves Heuser advises on matters of intellectual property and competition law, in particular trademark law and product compliance. His practice focuses on the assessment of product presentations and designs under unfair competition and trademark law, labeling requirements and the legally compliant implementation of advertising and sales campaigns.

He pays particular attention to the issues of German and European product conformity and the constantly growing demands on economic players in the European internal market, especially in the area of greenwashing and green compliance. Here he builds on his experience as a former certified Product Compliance Officer and answers product regulatory questions for clients, in particular with regard to electronic goods, food and other consumer products. In addition, he provides support in trademark, competition and design law disputes in office/administrative and court proceedings as well as in patent and utility model law matters.

In his work, it is important for him to understand his clients' products and industries as well as their specific needs. His focus is on pragmatic, results-oriented solutions.
