Zoë Schlüter advises in all areas of general civil law, with a focus on intellectual property law and in particular trademark law. Her advice covers national and international clients and includes both German and European trademark law.
A further focus of her work is unfair competition law, in particular in relation to product launches and interim legal protection proceedings. She supports her clients in drafting contracts as well as in official and court proceedings.
Zoë Schlüter also has extensive expertise in distribution and contract law.
