SKW Schwarz has advised the Swedish industrial holding Amplex AB on the acquisition of all shares in Filtertechnik Jäger GmbH, a leading specialist in filtration technology. The two previous owners will continue to be active in the company in the future.
Amplex AB, headquartered in Spånga, Sweden, is a group of companies with around 30 subsidiaries specialising in the acquisition, management and further development of technology-oriented companies in industrial niches.
Filtertechnik Jäger, based in Weissenhorn, Bavaria, develops and produces products for industrial liquid filtration, including filter media, filter elements and filter housings with accessories. The company was founded in 1995 and employs around 20 people.
SKW Schwarz has already advised the Amplex AB group on several acquisitions in Germany in the past.
