SKW Schwarz advised the shareholders of PAQATO GmbH on the merger of PAQATO with easybill GmbH, a portfolio company of technology investor LEA Partners.

PAQATO is a leading German provider of after-sales software in e-commerce. Easybill is the market leader for e-invoicing. The merger of the two companies will create a platform for a leading SaaS solution for e-invoicing and after-sales.
