HinwSchG - cultural event organizer association BDKV as central internal reporting office

Götz Schneider-Rothhaar, legal counsel to the German Association of the Concert and Event Industry BDKV and SKW partner advises the BDKV, the first association to set up a central internal reporting office for member companies. Since the legal introduction of the Whistleblower Protection Act in April 2024, BDKV has been the first association to offer its members an internal reporting office in accordance with the Act. The reporting office is implemented via LegalTegrity's cloud solution. Götz Schneider-Rothhaar also provided legal implementation support.

This enables member companies to meet their legal obligations with little effort on their part. "This is a flagship project, not only for the creative industry, but for the entire association landscape", says a delighted Götz Schneider-Rothhaar.
