SKW Schwarz strengthens real estate practice with new partner in Berlin

SKW Schwarz is further expanding its Real Estate department. On January 1, 2025, Fahri Firat will join the firm's Berlin office as a partner.

Fahri Firat has been admitted to the bar since 2011 and initially worked as legal counsel in a project development company specializing in hotel and commercial real estate. He has worked for Pietschmann Legal since 2014, most recently as managing partner. His main areas of practice include both real estate law and private construction law. He is particularly experienced with project developments, especially in the hotel real estate sector.

The Real Estate department at SKW Schwarz comprises twelve lawyers at the Berlin, Hamburg, Frankfurt and Munich offices, including six partners.
