Commercial law firm SKW Schwarz has promoted two new partners to its IT& Digital Business and Media practices. Corinna Schneiderbauer and Johannes Schäufele become partners with effect from July 1, 2024.
Corinna Schneiderbauer advises companies on shaping their digital business models. With a focus on IT and media law, her expertise includes online platforms, eCommerce, digital content exploitation, advertising law, and influencer marketing. She co-leads the Branded Content focus group and is a co-founder of the successful Digital Female event series, which promotes women in the digital industry. Corinna Schneiderbauer has been with SKW Schwarz since 2016, and was a Counsel since 2021.
Johannes Schäufele advises companies on IT law, digital business, and media law. His IT law and digital business practice covers consumer protection, data protection, contract drafting, and competition law. As co-leader of the Digital Regulation focus group and head of the Fintech focus group, he specializes in advising online platforms, AI, and Fintech companies. In media law, Johannes Schäufele focuses on advertising and public media law issues. He joined SKW Schwarz in 2015 and was appointed Counsel in 2020.
