SKW Schwarz gains highly specialized team and expands private clients practice in Munich

SKW Schwarz strengthens its Private Clients division. On November 1, 2024, Dr. Christoph Philipp joined the Munich office as a partner and Dr. Alexander Tegge as a senior associate. Both come from Poellath. As of January 1, 2025, the team will be complemented by Dr. Lisa Beck as Counsel, who is also moving from Poellath.

Christoph Philipp advises on all matters relating to asset structuring and national and international succession planning. His practice in inheritance law and inheritance tax law includes the drafting of wills and the execution of wills. His clients include wealthy private individuals, family entrepreneurs and family offices as well as foundations.

Christoph Philipp has worked for Poellath since 2003, since 2009 as a partner, and was most recently co-head of the Munich private clients practice group. Alexander Tegge has been working in Christoph Philipp's team since 2022 and Lisa Beck since 2016.
