SKW Schwarz advises Robert Bosch on the acquisition of Evergrande hofer powertrain

SKW Schwarz advised Robert Bosch GmbH on the acquisition of the business operations of Berlin-based Evergrande hofer powertrain GmbH by eAx solutions GmbH, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH.

Evergrande hofer powertrain GmbH is a joint venture between German powertrain manufacturer hofer powertrain and the electromobility division of Chinese Evergrande group. The joint venture was established to develop, build prototypes, and design production equipment for electric drive units.
