SKW Schwarz reinforces Litigation and Corporate practice with Of Counsel in Berlin

SKW Schwarz is adding one of the most renowned dispute resolution lawyers as Of Counsel. Dr. Alexander Steinbrecher (45) joins SKW Schwarz at its Berlin office from Wagner Arbitration. The law firm thus reinforces not only its Litigation, Arbitration & Mediation and Corporate/M&A departments, but also the strategically important Legal Tech sector.

While practicing as a lawyer, Alexander Steinbrecher will continue to work as Head of Legal in a large international corporation. He specializes in the out-of-court settlement of commercial disputes, in particular arbitration, mediation, and negotiation. Alexander Steinbrecher advises clients on selecting, designing, and conducting interest-oriented dispute resolution procedures, as well as on developing and implementing conflict management systems. In addition, he has long-standing experience with complex M&A transactions and in corporate law.

As co-founder of the Innovation & Legal Tech Roundtable, speaker, and author, Alexander Steinbrecher has been focusing on the technology-supported development of legal departments and law firms for several years.
