Daniel Kendziur has specialized for more than 15 years at the interface of technology, media and healthcare/life sciences in advising on intellectual property law, product labelling and product regulation. He not only advises his clients strategically, but also represents them in court. Daniel Kendziur's core competencies lie in unfair competition and trademark law. He also advises on copyright disputes and the protection and defense of designs.
