Green Claims Directive: Bitkom Publishes Latest Position Paper

In anticipation of the upcoming trilogue negotiations on the European Union's Green Claims Directive, Bitkom, with contributions from SKW Schwarz Partner Daniel Kendziur among others, has prepared and distributed a comprehensive position paper to relevant stakeholders at the EU level. 

This document includes detailed comments and proposals aimed at improving the draft directive, with the goal of enhancing transparency in environmental claims while simultaneously minimizing the bureaucratic hurdles for businesses, which are currently excessively high.
