Konstantin Wegner advises media and publishing houses, in particular book and newspaper / magazine publishers as well as movie production companies. Through his experience as a lawyer of a large publishing group, Konstantin Wegner is well-acquainted with the relevant topics not only from a lawyer’s perspective, but also from an entrepreneurial perspective. Konstantin Wegner also extensively represents the interests of media companies and publishers in all types of court proceedings. In addition, he has particular experience in the field of digital media. Konstantin Wegner advises extensively on copyright and contract law, especially in the area of digital distribution. He also has expertise in sports law, focusing on marketing and licensing. Furthermore, he advises and represents fashion and lifestyle companies in the enforcement of their rights. Since 2009, Konstantin Wegner has also been a legal advisor to the Exchange Association of the German Book Trade / Bavaria State Association and a lecturer at Ludwig-Maximilian University Munich.
