SKW Schwarz advised the shareholders of eMundo GmbH on the sale of all shares in the company to the listed Finnish company Gofore Oyj.
The transaction also includes the eMundo subsidiary in Austria and a branch in Italy. Even after the takeover, eMundo is to remain an independent company.
Munich-based eMundo GmbH develops customised software solutions for a wide range of companies and industries. eMundo currently employs 96 people at seven locations in Germany, Austria and northern Italy.
Listed on the Helsinki Stock Exchange, Gofore Oyj since its foundation 20 years ago has become one of Finland's most profitable IT companies with over 1,100 employees.
