SKW Schwarz advises KAMIC Group on the acquisition of SmartRep GmbH

SKW Schwarz has advised the Swedish KAMIC Group on the acquisition of all shares in SmartRep GmbH via its subsidiary Sincotron Holding AB.

The sellers are SmartRep's managing directors Rudolf Niebling and Andreas Keller. SmartRep will become part of the KAMIC Group's Production Technology division as a result of the transaction.

SmartRep GmbH, headquartered in Hanau, Germany, was founded in 2004 and has developed into one of the leading distributors of machines and consumables for electronics manufacturers in the DACH region. The company employs around 35 people and generates annual sales of around 15 million euros.

Headquartered in Spanga, Sweden, the KAMIC Group includes around 40 companies that are active in both trading and manufacturing. The main focus is on the manufacturing industry, but also on the electrical and construction sectors.
