Munich, 16 December 2024 - Effective 1 January 2025, SKW Schwarz will appoint Nicole Wolf-Thomann as a Partner, further strengthening its Private Clients & Tax practice. Additionally, the firm has promoted two experienced lawyers, Dr Angela Poschenrieder and Dr Mathias Pajunk, to the newly introduced role of Associated Partner - a new career level established at the start of 2024. The partnership has also confirmed Dr Stephan Morsch as Managing Partner for a further two years. Together with Arne Broer (COO), he forms the management team of SKW Schwarz.

The new partners:
Nicole Wolf-Thomann has been with SKW Schwarz in Munich since 2016 and advises companies and private individuals comprehensively on tax and inheritance law matters, with a particular focus on corporate succession and cross-border wealth planning.
Dr. Angela Poschenrieder has been with SKW Schwarz in Munich since 2018 and advises on M&A, private equity/venture capital and joint ventures as well as comprehensively on all questions of corporate law.
Dr. Mathias Pajunk has been with SKW Schwarz in Berlin since 2011 and advises on public commercial law with a focus on public procurement law, state aid and antitrust law.
In addition, Dr. Elisabeth von Finckenstein (IT & Digital Business, Munich) and Maria Rothämel (Public Sector, Real Estate, Berlin) have been promoted to Counsel.
At the start of 2025, SKW Schwarz will have 73 Partners across four offices . More than 120 lawyers work for the firm in Berlin, Frankfurt, Hamburg and Munich.
