SKW Schwarz admits the current counsel Moritz Mehner, Dr. Stefan Peintinger and Dr. Christoph Wiegand to the partnership with effect from January 1, 2024.
Moritz Mehner has been a member of SKW Schwarz's IT and data protection practice in Munich since 2018. His work focuses on concepts for solving legal challenges in the context of innovative business models in the areas of the data economy, IoT, big data and cloud computing. He also brings his long-standing enthusiasm for esports and games to his advisory practice.
Dr. Stefan Peintinger advises German and international clients on IT and data protection law as well as intellectual property law, in particular trademark law and competition law. He has been with SKW Schwarz Munich since 2017.
Dr. Christoph Wiegand specializes in intellectual property law and advises clients primarily on trademarks, patents and unfair competition issues. He has been part of the SKW Schwarz team in Frankfurt since 2021.
