SKW Schwarz advises Robert Bosch on the acquisition of eesy-ic

SKW Schwarz advised Robert Bosch GmbH on the acquisition of eesy-ic GmbH, Erlangen.

With the acquisition, Bosch is further expanding its activities in the area of semiconductors for the automotive market. The antitrust authorities have already approved the acquisition.

Founded in 2012, Erlangen-based eesy-ic GmbH is a specialist in the development of application-specific integrated circuits (ASICs), which are used, among other things, in electronic control units for vehicles.
